By registering for and participating in the 1st Annual Vibe Black Experience (the “Event”), hosted by Vibe Black Vodka and Hyatt Hotels,
you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
   
   • Participation in the Event, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, activities, excursions, and consumption of alcohol, involves inherent risks that could result in personal injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen consequences.
   • Participant assumes all risks associated with participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence, third parties, or other factors.
2. Release of Liability
   
   • Participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Vibe Black Vodka, Aloft Hotels, its affiliates, sponsors, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the Event.
   • This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Medical Treatment
   
   • Participant consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Event. Participant assumes full responsibility for all associated medical costs.
4. Personal Responsibility
   
   • Participant agrees to abide by all Event rules, local laws, and any instructions provided by Event organizers.
   • Participant acknowledges responsibility for their own actions and behavior and agrees to exercise caution and good judgment throughout the Event.
5. Alcohol Consumption
   
   • Participant understands that the Event involves the consumption of alcohol. Participant agrees to consume alcohol responsibly and assumes all risks associated with its consumption. The Released Parties shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from alcohol-related incidents.
6. Indemnification
   
   • Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, actions, or damages arising from their participation in the Event, including attorney’s fees and costs incurred in defense of such claims.
7. Photo and Media Release
   
   • Participant grants permission to Vibe Black Vodka to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
8. Governing Law
   
   • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and Mexico.

RLMorgen LLC is the official travel agency of The Vibe Black Experience. they can assist with purchasing flights, and planning excursions. RLMorgen is licensed to sell travel insurance and can provide you with a policy that includes coverage for your flight, package, and many unforseen expenses while abroad. It is advised that you have your policy purchased before the final payment date . 

It is important to note that most healthcare providers in Mexico require payment in advance before treatment. The U.S. Department of State advises travelers to make sure they understand a hospital’s billing, pricing, and proposed medical procedures before they consent to any medical care. In some tourist areas, hospitals use sliding scales, increasing their rates based on a patient’s perceived ability to pay. Some private hospitals may even check your credit card limit, bill you for services up to that limit, then discharge you.
